Jennifer Lopez IPL-6 Performance

JLo may not perform at IPL 6 opening ceremony - Jennifer Lopez American pop sensation, can no longer perform at the opening of the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) Kolkata next month.

According to reports, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan production company Red Chillies Entertainment which block the project was trying everything in his ability to get JLo India to perform at the opening ceremony of the IPL 6. However, things do not seem in favor of them as recent reports suggest that Jennifer withdrew citing date problems.


"She was excited at first, but cited issues of date now. SRK did not give up and try to convince her," an official of the company CRS was quoted as saying by a tabloid foreground.

In addition, reports also indicate that U.S. television that focuses exclusively on performance JLo asked the star to pay a huge sum of money to hand over the rights to his show opening ceremony of IPL Indian chain cover the event.

Apart from King Khan, Bollywood divas Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone will be seen grooving too during the opening ceremony.

Bipasha basu- sexy, svelte and svvy

MUMBAI: The very sexy, the very svelte and the very savvy Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu has bagged two plum endorsements: that of the India Resort Fashion Week (IRFW) and the India Fashion Awards (IFA).

Spotted at the announcement ceremony, Bipasha looked incredibly stylish and sexy in a stunning Rocky S creation: a dress which had a nude embellished top and a high waisted skirt, flowing outwards.

Bipasha’s hair and makeup made us wonder if she was completely into the ‘Aatma’ mode: for the lady’s style statement was, well, very other-worldly. Hair with extended curls and oversized puffs, while her makeup was dark and sinister, just as her upcoming film ‘Aatma’ promises to be.

Priyanka Chopra upset..!!

Actress Priyanka Chopra, whose performance in Barfi! was appreciated by the audience, is upset that the film did not get a single National award. 

The winners of the 60th National Film Awards were announced on Monday. 

"I am feeling bad that Barfi! did not win National Award. But then it is up to the jury why they did not give the award," Priyanka told reporters here at the launch of her first item song Babli Badmaash.

Barfi! was a love story between a speech and hearing impaired boy, played by Ranbir Kapoor, and an autistic girl, played by Priyanka. 

Though the movie did not win a National Award, Priyanka is happy for her cousin Parineeti won a special mention for her performance in Ishaqzaade.

"I am happy for her. Now in the Chopra family, there are two National Awards. The whole day, I had to explain what special mention means," said Priyanka.

Actress Sherlyn Chopra Agrreed to shoot an item song for her debut movie Kamasutra 3D. This item song will help the Director (Rakesh Paul) of Kamasutra 3D as an promotional tool. The whole song will totally be picturised on Sherlyn itself. Paul Announced that shooting will be start soon. This song will be added at the end of the film, he added.

The movie shooting will be start from March 20 in Mumbai.

Paul also added that he will begin with a song sequence. Then shoot rest of the film in Jodhpur, "said the director.

Media more worried than my mother about marriage

India Times: Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu is tired of being constantly questioned about her plans to settle down in life, saying that the media is more worried about her marriage than her own mother.

When asked when is she planning to tie the knot, Bipasha told reporters, "How should I answer this question? The media asks me about my marriage more than my own mother!"

The 34-year-old actress was in a long-term relationship with actor John Abraham till 2011.

Bipasha will next be seen playing the role of a mother in her upcoming horror film 'Aatma'. Directed by Suparn Verma, the film will release on March 22.

"I felt good playing a mother in this film. I know how tough it is to be a mother in real life," she said.

The actress also said she is interested in taking up television projects, provided they suit her.

"I want to take up projects on the small screen. I have been approached for a few TV programmes in the past years, but I wanted to play such a role which would match my personality," said Bipasha.
