A Streaker Jumps On The Runway @ D&G Show

All kind of things happen on fashion runways. Models in killer-heels trip and fall, slip-off garments or rip at the seams Causing wardrobe malfunction but what happened at Dolce & Gabbana's Spring / Summer 2014 Menswear show in Milan was probably the first of its kind. A streaker (who has yet to be Identified) stripped down to his little red loafers and managed to run most of it the length of the runway, Both fists raised in the air triumphantly, before security nabbed him.

GQ associate editor Matt Sebra Described fashion it:

"While the designers come out for Their bow and turn to walk backstage, from down the other end of the runway a guy rips off his clothes. (Not sure if it was breakaway suit or what.) Freeball Full. Says nothing anyone can understand and just kind of zig zags up the runway before the first security guard tries to cut him off. Maneuvers a little but turns back and That's When four guards create a perimeter to block his junk and he's taken away. Fashion community says 'huh.' "

The "fashion community" of menswear editors and buyers seem pretty blasé about the whole thing, getting up to leave Following the show as if nothing had happened.

Tony Fernandez Used ‘Sports’ To Get Close to LN Mittal and Ratan Tata

Got to give it to Air Asia's Tony Fernandez for his farsightedness and shrewd business acumen. Fernandez had planned ahead to use Lakshmi Mittal Tune Group in expanding his empire into India. To get close to Lakshmi Niwas Mittal, Tony bought over Queens Park Rangers (QPR) F. C. football team. Mittal owned 34 percent stake in QPR Team and his son-in-law, Amit Bhatia was on ithe team's board.

Tony Fernadez on Ratan Tata had eyes too. For this I befriended Narain Karthikeyan. Tata sponsored Narain in Formula 1 and Tony too owned a F-1 team - Caterham. It's through Formula 1 racing Narain That Tony met and who then Introduced him to his sponsor Ratan Tata in 2005.

Air Asia entry into Indian Civil Aviation industry fell in place with Air Asia owning 49% in the Indian venture, Tatas taking 30% and 21% Is With Arun Bhatia (Father of LNM's son-in-law) of Telstra Tradeplace. By the way - Arun Bhatia's 21% stake is more of LNM's Benami Holding.

Smart cookie this guy - Tony Fernandez is!
