The 28-year-old TV star told E! The news that Kim is finally feel great about your pregnancy.
Kim, 32, has been criticized for everything from her weight gain during pregnancy of their fashion choices in recent months, but according to Khloe, Kim feels safer now your changing body.
Khloe explained that there is a difficult time [that] you're not really showing and you do not feel like his old self.
He added that now that his stroke is alive and in full force, is sporting show.
