NAGPUR: A woman, along with her two sons, Helped an Alleged crime branch bust racket of making and distributing porn films being run by her estranged husband, a city businessman. The racket is said To Have served him as a second source of income apart from regulating import-export of engineering tools. Much to her shock, the woman discovered after almost two Decades of Their marriage That her husband had not only been Involving himself and some of his women employees as actors in porn films shot But Also I had recorded her own obscene clips for sale.
The woman, Nidhi Jain, Also had filed a domestic violence case against her husband Dharmendra last year. This PRompted Dharmendra Jain had to shift to another house. Dharmendra too filed a petition for divorce against Nidhi and another suit for injunction on her disposing of Their property. Nidhi Said That she had been forced to seek financial assistance from her mother They were now without support and her sons' education was suffering.
Following Nidhi Jain's complaint, crime branch team under assistant police inspector (API) Accused Dharmendra Vinod Chaudhari raided Jain's Hingna Road-based outlet of engineering tools. The cops later Conducted a search at his home in Prasad Nagar near Jaitala. The outcome of the searches have been kept under the wraps for now.
However, an offense under Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Information technology (IT) Act was registered at Ambazari police station. Cops picked up Dharmendra from his shop. It is Learnt That I Complained of ill health and has been ADMITTED to a hospital. Police are probing was Dharmendra Whether Supplying the clips to his overseas clients or had posted the clips on the internet.
The crime branch Followed action Nidhi presented as compilations of obscene materials prepared and collected by her husband to them. Apart from a CD of obscene material Nidhi Also handed over Dharmendra's laptop to the senior cops. Her sons had Forcibly taken the possession of the laptop From their father in order to expose the actions and exploitation of girls from poor families.
Crime branch sources said the laptop contained lurid Including materials Involving around 10 clips Dharmendra and two girls. Allegedly Dharmendra is visible in the clips having explicit contents. Also there are clips featuring Nidhi. It has Emerged one of the girls is in Gondia while another is married in Pune.
"My husband had invited me to join him in the films as denying they would fetch it Rs 50,000 for each film. It was unbelievable for me. I was tortured for not agreeing," she said. Claimed Nidhi Dharmendra had a unique modus operandi of luring girls. "My husband would employ young girls at his office for a sound promising salary. Later I would snare them into porn racket," she stated.
Nidhi Claimed she came to know of Dharmendra's activities in May last year When She Tried to play some music on Dharmendra's laptop. She was aghast on coming across explicit material. Dharmendra then started misbehaving with Nidhi When She Questioned him. Threatened Alleged Nidhi've even clips to make public her When She Tried to dissuade him From this work. "I have no clue how my husband took my pictures in bathroom and bedroom. Often I would pressure me to indulge in. Such activities but I would decline," she said.
Also Nidhi said a woman had Approached Nandanvan police in 2008 against Dharmendra for disturbing her with messages. "I was let off with a caution," she said. Senior PI Anil Katkade of Ambazari police station said They would approach the court to seek Dharmendra's custody. "We need to question him," Katkade said.
